Do you ever get the feeling that our planet hates us?
A cyclone wipes out over 100K people in Myanmar; a huge earthquake flattens part of China; storms flood the American midwest causing the Mississippi to breach levees - and it's just getting started....
Never mind those eco-horror movies I keep hearing about, Nature is indeed a Mother and she's comin for us.
It's at least pleasant where I am, even if I'm not used to the chill at this time of year. Rained this evening with lightening & thunder. Maybe caught a whiff of loneliness and had a stab of homesickness earlier. I'm sure there will be more and stronger. I've never gone on a trip out of California without getting homesick inside of three days. Just have to power through and enjoy what is around.
