Stupid Vodafone, why if I phone and make an insurance claim and it gets accepted then take the phone down to the shop as asked, do they book it under warranty repair, charge me 25 quid excess on the insurance and then try n charge 40 quid cause its not covered by the warranty?
Now its got to be returned to store, and sent back to the same repairs company with the "insurance claim" checkbox ticked on the paperwork...
And they tell me this 10 mins after the store closes! WTF, thats 2 weeks with out my phone, mobile internet, calendars, alarms, and other apps...
