TV this and that

Sep 14, 2008 09:36

I'm sorry I haven't answered comments lately. I totally appreciate every single one. I've just been a bit emotionally preoccupied after what happened last week, and we've been regrouping. I just want to let you all know that I really appreciate all the support and good wishes. Thank you.

It's been a rough week. I can see it getting rougher though Mr. Goth keeps reassuring me we can make it work, and that it's not the worst thing in the word that could have happened to us. He's probably right. There are worse things.

I'm going to try to keep this space for happy talk, though once in a while I'm sure I'll need to talk about how stressed I am. I'm trying to hide that I'm stressed from my family. We haven't even told our son, nor any of my family members. I'm not sure what to say to them. Maybe once we're a bit more settled and know more how things will play out.

In the mean time, I'll just keep on keeping.

This week in TV..

I watched SNL last night and it totally sucked. The only good skit was the opening monologue. Every thing else was a big disappointment and weekend update was lame.

This week I have

Monday - Terminator @ 8 pm So far the show is off to a good start. John totally rocks.
Wednesday - Bones @ 8 pm The Riches @ 10 pm
And the best new of all, Supernatural returns this week. It seems that CityTV has dropped the show for more reality programming so I'll have to watch it on SunTV. Space will be showing it Friday @ 9 pm before Torchwood so if I miss the episode for any reason, I do have another option. It totally sucks that City dropped the show. A channel dropped Smallville and that will also be on SunTV in my area. I won't be watching since I really don't care at this point. Without Lex what is the point. I love Tom, but I'll just stick to ogling the pictures.
Thursday - Supernatural @ 9 pm
Friday - Torchwood @ 10 pm

We got a whole lot of Doctor Who and Torchwood books in at work. It took me so long to get them to order the things in the first place. They're good sellers. Luckily, the same distributor of graphic novels also stocks these books. Plus the Doctor Who hardcovers are so darn cute.
