Weekend update
Worked. Then worked some more. Watched a few more episodes of Lois and Clark. I really love Lois on that show. She's just so fabulous. I only wish that today's female characters on shows would be as well written. I find way too many times that I just either don't like them, or can't relate to them. They just seem way too unreal to me. Which is not to say that I don't like female characters because I do. I just find decent ones too few and far between, but that is just my person opinion.
I also managed to do some Christmas shopping. Already finished a few people on my list. I got myself a few books, because I know nobody else will get them for me. Gifts to myself sort of. I picked up best gay erotics 07 since the anthology I wanted never shipped and looks as though it won't be shipping any time soon. I also picked up a promo book of the Divine Comedy, illustrated by Gustave Dore. It's the Longfellow translation so I know it's a good translation.
Also manga girl loaned me an incredibly amazing manga called Hybrid Child. Very lovely manga.
I feel much too tired to do anything at all. I can't seem to drum up the energy to even get up and put in Queer as Folk. Mr Goth is off at his friend's place and I have the living room to myself. I will have to get some energy to watch. Maybe I'll read, or I can always hope that I am inspired to write. Clark hasn't posted in a week. I feel too drained of any creativity.
