LJ is changing
So here I am trying to make a effort to log my life.
I made a plan for my son's schooling. I always have a plan but things have been a bit tough for both of us with me home all the time. I decided to create a firm schedule and I'm hoping that we stick to it this time. *cross fingers*
We also did our first workout, another thing I have trouble sticking to. With less active comes more body weightage.
School today consisted of Math - functions, Computers - codecademy. A great site that teaches how to code.
In other news, I love my kobo ereader. I used to sell them at work and never thought that I would get one but I decided to treat myself on my birthday last year. It rocks! I have WAY to many books to read at this point. All my sources are so filled with books, I could read 24/7 and not still finish them all. Not to mention all the books I purchased when I was working at the bookstore.
I also use this great site called Netgalley and obtain advanced reading copies which I don't always have the time to read, I'm ashamed to say.
I've also been rewatching Stargate Atlantis. Just started S4. Adore that show. Rodney and John are so adorable together and Ronon is so yummy.
I don't really have much time for fandom anymore. I tried to carve out writing time at first, but that didn't work out and I'm blocked for what to write these days due to stresses in my life.
