Dean looks just as upset for Castiel as I feel.
I really thought in this moment that Castiel was hearing God speak to him. And it looks like Dean thought this as well.
And then Castiel giving Dean's necklace back. :(
He looks so crushed.
And then the kicker.
Dean realizing that the necklace means nothing any more. He thought his life with Sam was a family but Sam doesn't see it that way. it crushes Dean's heart on top of God telling them they are alone in saving the world.
Team Free Will has been crushed.
And Sam watches as Dean throws away his most prized possession.
