Good. I'd say I was happy to be a member of this club, but I'm starting to notice a theme where the only floods that pass me over are the ones I wouldn't care about.

It makes me wonder if the Admiral chooses who's affected by each flood. I know I wouldn't have been bothered much-- outside of typical parental embarrassment-- if mine showed up.

A lot of the time it looks like people apologize more for stuff that happens during floods than stuff that is actually their fault.

Yes. He gave one back a month ago, and that was it. He hasn't even told me what I need to do for the others. And 'don't be crazy' is so subjective. I'm never getting my filters back.

Maybe it's some sort of reverse psychology thing where you're supposed to stop caring.

About the filters, not the snakes. I don't see the rehabilitative value in animal neglect.
