It's been a while..
hasn't it? Well, there's been a lot going on. Along with Goten and I training all the time, cooking classes, work and school another thing came up. My mom had severe stomach pains at work a month ago while I was talking to her on the phone. Come to find out later that day her gall bladder was full of stones. So a week later she was able to have the surgery to get her gall bladder removed.
Fortunately she was able to go home the same day, she really doesn't like spending anymore time in a hospital than she has to.. well, as a patient anyway. I picked her up at the hospital and spent that weekend (cuz she had her surgery on a friday) over at her house, helping her out. The first day she threw up a bit and couldn't keep anything down but she was fine by the end of the weekend and insisted I go home. Now she's going back to work in a week, so everythings alright :)
Except maybe Page Layout class. Thats the only class I'm really having trouble with, she just gives us so much work. It's not even really the work, it's the fact that we have to draw like 50 thumbnails everytime we have an assignment. If we didn't have to do that then the work wouldn't take up so much time. Not to mention the fact that they took the cutting board away so we can't use it anymore to cut matteboard for our projects so we have to use an exacto knife which takes FOREVER. So yeah, I've pretty much lost track of any work I need to do in that class because theres so damn much of it :P
Speaking of school work, I have a speech due tomorrow. A narrative speech. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do mine on so I should get going and work on that. If I want to sleep that is. Maybe Goten can help me...
