hmm...as nice as your icon is, it look like the focus is on Ichigo and Renji is slighly in the background(foreround), so it's not really acceptable since Ichigo has no relation to the Gotei13. However, if you still want to use the same icon, you could make Renji a little more focused and still have Ichigo in it ^^;
