omfg hi anon!!! ;~; i was completely floored when i saw this comment jfc i wasn't expecting to get any more comments on this fic at all, much less such an amazing, brilliant and lengthy one!!! ;A; i think this is the longest and most constructive anonymous comment i've ever received istg and i appreciate it beyond belief because for someone who doesn't have an lj account and will have to check back for my reply, its such a selfless and kind deed of you to take the time to leave me such a fantastic comment. i mean, if you had a name at least i could know who you are and appreciate you. but you did this purely to encourage me and make my day, and you don't expect anything in return or any acknowledgement so i hope you know how much this incredible comment touched my heart ;__;

oh my gosh it means so much to me that you gave this a chance even though it's not one but two genres you usually avoid, AND liked it!!! ;-; you ADORED this??? im actually screaming like a dying walrus rn. just from your comment alone, its obvious how well-spoken and discerning you are so i really respect your opinion!! :) i totally understand what you mean about canon fic, i have the same reservations myself which is why most of the time i chicken out of attempting to write canon. there's so much more creative liberty in varying the characterization in AU but i really wanted to write at least one markson canon fic, if just to express my feels for their canon dynamic haha. so obviously im very flattered that you found it convincing and realistic :)) i am doubly awed if you're as picky as you say, and that this met your expectations when other canon fics usually fall short! although i felt like this had lots of lackings and didn't feel 100% convincing to me, and after rereading it i realized the transitions between scenes are kind of disjointed. i know exactly what you mean, i mean after all who knows what celebrities really are like behind their onscreen personas? this was really a shot in the dark so im super happy if it could strike a chord with even one person or resonate the slightest bit with you :) basically, im really pleased we have a similar headcanon for markson haha. at first i read fx as the girl group lmao then i realized you meant for example (i think xD) wow that compliment makes me so thrilled bc i find jackson one of the easiest and most fascinating members to characterize (as compared to more tricky ones like mark) and i mostly end up characterizing him in generally the same way in all my fics so im elated to hear that you didn't think i overexaggerated his personality!! :3 "exactly portray" "totally nailed the character study down to the smallest details" oh my god i can't breathe you are far too generous with your praise! ;u; i honestly think i have lots of room for improvement lmao idk when i read over it it still gives me a slight ring of falseness ^^;; im relieved to hear that you didn't detect that tho, and your comment is so interesting and gives me such a refreshing viewpoint on the fic ;;; i can't even begin to thank you for how conscientiously you read and reviewed this fic with far more care than its worthy of. but yes this is pretty much how i imagine them in private (minus the being in love part ofc lol) so im really glad to find someone who shares my views :")
