having fun at the club
Ok, so I just got back from club oxygen and it was such a blast! I haven't gone in forever and a day, partly b/c it can be expensive, but it was only $5 to get in tonight...apparently it's cheaper on Friday's than Saturdays. Anyways, I went up there w/ my friend Jennifer, who I went to elementary school w/ and we're still friends, and this was her first time going anyplace besides Jillians.
We walked in and sat down b/c there weren't a lot of ppl dancing yet, and we weren't there more than two minutes when this guy came over to talk to me. I was like, durn...but yeah, guy #1 comes over and was asking if I had gone to Garner b/c he thought he recognized me. Turns out he graduated class of 2000. After he left Jenn asked me if I knew him b/c it was really weird that he came over that fast. We talked for a minute or two and then guy #1 asked me if I wanted to dance. He was actually pretty sweet, and not a bad dancer at all, and if I must say so, he was pretty cute. So we danced for a bit and he was kissing my neck and stuff...weird. lol he also said I was a great dancer and cute as a button. I went to go find Jenn after that, and then I was just standing around taking a little break...dancing is great exercise.
I was standing there chillin, and this other guy comes and asks me to dance. Well this guy was very interested. He asked for my #, and when I said no he asked if he could give me his. I told him he could, but I wasn't gonna promise to call it. Then he asked what I was doin when I left, and if I wanted to go to his apartment. I was just like, um, no. So we danced a little more and then I let him buy me a water. B/c I did that though, I was obligated to sit and talk to him while I drank my water. He was pretty cool I guess. I ended up giving him my e-mail address...I kinda hope he loses it, b/c I don't know that I'm fond of continuing talking to some guy I met at the club.
Jenn wasn't having as much luck. She's too nice to tell ppl to go away, so she ended up talking to a guy who called himself DMX. He also asked her if he looked like a vampire. I went over and talked to her and she was like, can we leave in a few minutes? So we stayed for maybe 15 more minutes, and I danced w/ guy #2 some more. If nothing else, I had an awesome time. It was weird to have guys come up to me like that...I thought it only happened in movies. Huh, oh well. I still like Danny better than any of those other guys though...I hope things stop being stupid w/ him. Now it's time for me to get some much needed sleep.
