Heh, you bet! They do balloon tours as far as Djose Temple, but it depends on how long a trip you want.

Arcades? Uh...The biggest town is here, Luca - it's the Blitzball stadium, that's the main thing - and I hear they have this thing called Sphere Break, but I haven't tried it. It looks complicated.
