As many of you remember near the end of the school year our wonderful literary team published Catharsis, a compilation of works from salems students. As you remember one of my poems "Chaos in a Milkjug" appeared in this book. Well im proud to announce that the international Poets society has decided to publish this poem for me. i had to do alittle grammer corrections to it but heres the finished copy.
Abhor fellow beauty
who spray hallucinatory sleep;
Sand slippery snakes that
would degenerate brazen men;
Lose luxurious worship,
It fluffs contagious desire.
Sleep shallow love,
Call ancient devils,
Make bitter dreams
Jeer at tyrant language.
Feel marvelous warped excellence
Until unwholesome idols should rot.
Steal lothesome sweetness
Overwhelming innocent women,
Conquering wanton hypocrites
Who wear vulgar coxcombs,
Void of consciousness and play on thought.
Eclipse men's counterfeit light
After on braggart death does infect.
