BEES SUCK
so yeah, heres what happened.
I went to hang out with a couple homies on friday and on my way home after lunch i got stung in the wrist by a bee. to make a long story short by saturday morning my wrist and hand were swollen 2x normal and i was in LOTS of pain. by saturday afternoon my hand, wrist, forearm were swollen; there were red streaks going up my arm, my wrisdt was covered in blisters and i was in excrusiating pain. so i left work early and headed to the ER. I go to the ER and the doctor says that when they Bee stung my it gave me a severe Staph infection. so he dopes me up on morphine and a bunch of anti- biotic, puts my arm in a sling and sends me home with 4 different perscriptions 2 of which are pain killers; and tells me i have to go see a specialist on tuesday. the specialist says he doesnt think its a staph infection he thinks it an allergic reaction even though ive never had an allergic reaction before (and bees seem to hate me i get stung alot) and so now i am required to carry an epipen around with me at all times just incase. lovely.
the best part about all of this is that i dont have insurance. my meds cost me $87, my trip to the specialist cost me $105, and i still cant wait to see the ER bill or how much its going to cost for the epipen.
so much for bieng able to pay off my debt.
