Okay so somebody explain this Valentine thing to me. Seriously. It just makes no sense. Why do you have to go through the pomp and circumstance of a holiday to show somebody they're important to you? And with an offering of dead plants, for that matter? Chocolates, fine, but flowers just seem dumb to me. Someone make a compelling argument to the contrary.
