SP Snowglobe

A gentle shake of the globe will reveal a hazy image... it's the fuzzy outline of what looks like a castle, surrounded by high walls.

Yeah, that looks about right. The image won't quite sharpen into perfect clarity, though, for some reason. Give it another shake.

That's a little better; we seem to be inside the walls at least. The image shifts a bit, moving forward to go through that white metal gate and up the stairs. Before we reach the big blue door to the castle, however, the image goes dark, like black mist just swallowed everything up. That's odd. Maybe shaking it again will help.

Hm, well, it's still pretty dark, but you can see it's more like a cityscape now, with a great heart-shaped moon in the sky. There are skyscrapers dotted with neon lights, and the 'snow' that might have been in the globe before looks like it's turned to rain, sliding down the insides of the globe. Another shake and the image shifts again, the scenery changing more rapidly.

A round white room with no doors, and thirteen throne-like chairs up on pedestals...

A stark grey and white room with a bed and a large window... You can see that heart-shaped moon through it. The globe is still raining, but the images just won't hold still for very long here. The snow returns, and the scenery turns a pleasant golden orange color. Another shake and something new comes into focus.

A lazy-looking seaside town at sunset, with a train rail snaking through it and a great clock tower. The imagery here moves slowly, leisurely, like maybe you could just stay here all day.

We move up the side of the clock tower, to a ledge that looks just perfect for sitting on, provided you're not afraid of heights.

The clock tower fades then, and suddenly the globe is just a whorling mass of mists in blues and greens and salmon-colors. There doesn't appear to be any real definition now--which way is up? There's no floor, no ceiling, no walls, no nothing, just this strange shifting mist. The blue and green is overcome by the pinkish shades, and then the pink turns to orange, and the orange becomes flame.

Flames consume the inside of the globe, and you're wondering why the glass doesn't shatter, but almost as soon as the flames erupt they fade again.

We're back to that clock tower in the town with the ocean and sunset. The globe lingers here, reluctant to shift scenery again. Shake it enough and you might get one of the other images, but it always comes back to the clock tower.
