Jackson hasn't even been in Korea for a week before he's somehow dragged into the middle of a gang war. After witnessing a dirty cop and a group of armed men murder someone, Jackson is narrowly saved by a man wearing a Joker mask. In the scuffle, Jackson blindly grabs at what he thinks is his own bag and runs, only to find out that the bag he mistakenly took is filled with illegal drugs, a video tape and a computer chip. With half of Seoul trying to get him, dead or alive, Jackson's only hope is a Masked Hitman, and the boss of one of Seoul's most terrifying gangs.
