(no subject)
Well this was an eventful weekend. The Musical is what my weekend consisted of and i will tell you a little about it. On friday Jessica, Lauren, Sammy, Monika, and Me all decided to leave school early and go out for brunch at Friendlys. We were all super tired and i had a headache so we made the lady pull the blinds down for us lol. The food was yummy and afterwards we went to sammys to watch the taped performace for the elementary school. There were a few little glitches but otherwise it looked pretty good. We were all tired so we decided to go home and rest up b4 the show. I went over Monikas early to curl her hair and we got to school an hour b4 the performance. Everyone was gettin their hair, make-up, and costumes on...it was crazy. The performance began and everyone was nervous because it was opening night!!! It went pretty well, only a few little mess-ups (( ball room dancers!!! lol )) but it was good! :-D! After the performance we greeted all the ppl that came and eventually went to applebees, it was nice just to eat and relax. Then the next mornin Monika came over and i curled her hair again lol. Then Sammy picked us up and took us to the school. Everything was crazy again b4 the show but then we performed even better than the day b4 :-). Then we had a lot of time in between and most of us just laid around and hung out lol. We ate lunch and then Tiff gave out cute gifts for every1 and Mr. Chez made us these cute lil boxes that say "once on this island" on them! theyre adorable! Then we all began to get ready for our last show, and it was really emotional, Stacey and Dan gave us speeches that made every1 a little teary-eyed, and we all realized how much we are going to miss them :(. The performance was the best yet and every1 gave it there all! We didnt even mess up on the ballroom!! :-D! "Why we tell the story" on the otherhand was a lil....hmm...amusing?! lol Dan skipped 4 measures so half of the cast was singing and half of us were "oooo"-ing ....it was crazy shit, i was laughing the whole time and by the end me and monika were dying lol! It was sooo much fun! :-D! I am going to miss the musical and every1 in it soo much :(. After the last performance we had a cast party! It was sweet, we had a DJ and every1 was dancing, cept stupid Kern, but me and leasy got him to dance a lil bit. Then we all did a tribute " why we tell the story" as the closing song! it was fun! :-D! After that a few of us went over to Sammys and we watched American Pie and i slept over. It was a good day. Today was pretty much blah so i wont even bother writing about it. School tomorrow :( poo...ill write more later!
