I HAS FUN TOY.
I'm not sure why I haven't posted about this awesomely awesome thing before, because I LOVE it.
For Christmas, my sister got me this little book called "The Writer's Block."
It's super tiny, but it's 700 ish pages long, and it is indeed shaped like a block. It's FILLED with writing prompts! You can open it to any page and find some kind of inspiration, whether it's in the form of spark words (short fuse, oops, goodbye, fertility, etc) as well as pages that just say things like, "Write a story that begins, 'It was three days before they found the body.'" or "Describe your first encounter with an illicit substance." There's even pictures to jumpstart your imagination.
In fact, you know the first drabble I wrote for zsomeone ? I got the idea from opening this book to a random spark word page.
