Lollygag
Whilst running errands people seem to be driving way below the speed limit, and I was thinking, 'Why is everyone lollygagging around today?" Lollygag. What a strange, strange word. It sounds like it should mean "death by lollipop", or it's a fashion accessory for a kidnapper setting out to abduct a gothic lolita or something;) LOL
