I'm using Photoshop elements and I'm a bit stuck on Part 2- Do you know how to make a selective colour layer on elements?

hmm; ive never used photoshop elements so i wouldn't know. try and search for a tutorial which shows you how to do selective colour; cose i think its differnent to the normal photoshop. =]
