Mark is COMPLICATED for Nico, since she holds grudges like none other. She genuinely, wholly LIKED the other Mark, even to the point that they were pseudo-dating. When he came back, forgot her, and got his ass crispy fried with a side of ketchup, she forgave him for all of the above because those warm and fuzzy feelings still clung. She has problems differentiating between friend-love and romantic-love (JUST ASK EVERY RUNAWAY THAT SHE'S MADE OUT WITH.........,m.,,m....), so Mark still exists in this space where she's earmarked him as one of the group, upstanding heroic sparklehood included. If not for Teddy's example that spandex does not always denote hardheaded hero asshole, she probably never would have started up a friendship with him ever.

HOWEVER. Mark did the worst thing possible in Nico's book by betraying her trust. She accepted him as part of her fail family and he signed on with Osborn. She KNOWS that he isn't from their world and has no idea what Osborn is capable of, but she still wants to---and probably will---grab him by his spandex suit and shake him like a British nanny. It's going to take time for her to forgive him for that, because she has a nasty, nasty history of boys she likes fucking her over and then leaving.

Nico can forgive the betrayal but not the leaving.
