Time Traveler Guy would be Tim from the indie game Braid. Imagine House of Leaves, except it's actually a cute Mario style platformer starring a guy in a suit with time travel powers. Except it's actually a metaphor for the unattainable and the fleeting nature of existence. Except it's actually an allegory for the atomic bomb. Or maybe the atomic bomb thing is a metaphor for being careful what you wish for and the dangers of the blind pursuit of a goal. TL;DR, Teal has a habit of apping unplayable characters.
What makes Tim truly interesting isn't so much his personality (which CAN be extrapolated from the gametext, I swear! You can actually read most of the [NON SECRET] script at the journal I have for him, time_and), but his powers. Tim would have the ability to rewind time, limited in that he can only do so in the context of a single post to make it so my head doesn't explode. So he says the wrong thing to the wrong person over the comm? Rewind! Get shot during combat and start to die? Rewind! This also re-winds his actions, but NOT his knowledge of events. Yes, this'd involve a permissions post; no, he can't go into the future, though he can fast forward to the point where he started traveling backwards.
I might add on some of his other game powers too, like the ability to make objects immune to time travel, or to allow multiple timelines to exist simultaneously. Idk.
POSTMODERNISM is Johnny Truant and I'm not sure why I'm making this poll even 'cause he'll win. :|a
MOAR VILLAINY is SHODAN who I am reluctant to app due to being part of Botcast, but it's also freakin SHODAN.
MATHS is Sho Minamimoto, and this would be the second time I am playing him. He will math up your comm and be extremely dadaist.
DERP is R2D2, who I said I would app last time but KYLE RAYNER
None of this would happen until sometime in December as I have finals + graduate school applications, but hey.
