The following current Marvel characters/groups have actually canonly interacted with 'Godzilla' before:
Black Widow, Iron Man, Angel, Iceman. And Spider-Man had a cameo appearance once.

my fandom can kick your fandom's ass, i love c&c, hideous is c&c's favorite word, i still ship duck/godzilla, godzilla loev tokyo, what is marvel, grimm is queen of the pridelands, just wtf and stuff, no really i should be working, i smell sitcom!, spam spam spammity spam, grimm stop making me buy stuff, c&c: we know comics, ruining childhoods

That would be cool. It sounds like it would probably be a Defenders and/or Champions thing. Those are the two runs I don't have. D: But only if it's not too much trouble.

I think I remember seeing somewhere that it had to do with Champions?

I'm getting what I think is most of (if not all of) his lineup through a torrent atm; more to come afterwards hopefully. :3

I am also fairly certain that an expy of Nick Fury mentions him in one of the Marvel Transformers comic, but as I am not at home right now I cannot verify.

Iron Man was actually heavily involved, from what I can remember/can find out.

And, uh. Godzilla may have run off with one of his suits at one point.

I've got a torrent going that I think is all the Marvel run of Godzilla comics (possibly some Dark Horse?). If it is and it works out, I'll totally share it. I'm not sure if it has the Iron Man stuff in it, but hopefully it does. I wanna see.

Ummm, there was this whole thing where Dr. Demonicus like. Messed with Zilla and I don't remember mutated him or something? I haven't read these things since I was all of 10, so. But yeah, mutated him, and there was this huge fight; they got rid of him for a little while. Iron Man had to leave his suit behind, Godzilla stole it and took it to the Good Doctor, who put it on and attacked Iron Man.

Long story short, it failed miserably, Godzilla escaped, accidentally found himself on the set of a movie, destroyed it, and then went "THE SEA! I MUST DISAPPEAR INTO IT".
