Hello C&C it's been a while since the last episode of My Insatiable Curiousity but here comes another questiontime.

What does your character look like?We've generally got icons to tell us, but sometimes they're imperfect, sometimes there's more to a character's physical presence that can be captured on a 100x100 still square. Are they attractive

Bucky is supposed to be full of apple pie and baseball, appearance-wise, this is actually a plot point. I'm not sure how seeing him is supposed to make you think America but it does!! So I imagine him with the kind of non-threatening good looks you'd find on a propaganda poster. He also looks a few years younger than he actually is, and this annoys him. It's hard to find icons because C&C Bucky is like, 21, but he definitely wasn't 21 through the entire war, and his canon history can basically be summed up as "he gets older, retroactively" so his age, while definitely well-defined at this point, is also not very consistent.

He has kind of a brooding melancholy thing going on as he gets older that ladies find super sexy according to Ed Brubaker. Seriously there was an awkward few issues where women would just say how hot Bucky was?? Then it switched to him just not wearing a shirt. Comics, everybody.

Bucky is both intensely military and super animated in his speaking gestures. He wears the sort of retro clothing hipsters wear ironically without a trace of irony. He likes leather jackets a lot.
