Is your character on a team?: Not unless Batfamily counts. What kinds of plots are you after?: Charlie needs distractions badly. And possibly to crush on someone to finally break the josh-moping. Is your character open for pairings?: Yup! But it'll take a lot of work right now. Powers: Teleportation and speed-healing. Magic based. Skills: She's learning Babs's computers! And she can totally kick ass. Likes: Cartoons, having fun, being a superhero, her friends, her 'family', hanging around people. Dislikes: Pain, getting told not to be a hero, failing at things, people disappearing. Handwaved scenarios that you'd like to discuss?: Uhm. Not that I can think of.
