Bucky is, officially, somewhere between 5'7" and 5'9". He suffers from a strange disease that had him undergo spontaneous puberty at the age of 22, possibly while frozen. His official listed height as during WW2 is 5'7" and as Winter Soldier it is 5'9". Awkward Stories About Ed Brubaker's Mancrush: I have seen the man argue on messageboards about Bucky's height, insisting "adult size" equals "at least six feet." I find this hilarious. It's worth noting that within the Captain America book he has actually always been drawn roughly six feet, but other artists have followed the handbook and draw him shorter than average. Ha ha! Take that Ed Brubaker's Mancrush!!
C. WW2 he is officially 150 lbs. In C&C, given he's older/still growing I tend to say between 5'8" and 5'9" and 170ish lbs.
Natasha is canonically 5'7" and 130 lbs. (She has actually referred to herself as weighing 130 on panel) Pretty generic, but ALL RIGHT. The height thing is within boundaries for ballet dancing, which you'd think would define her bodytype, but the weight is actually on the heavy side!! But I am... okay with that, really.
Loki is 6'4" and 525 lbs in his natural form (Asgardians are like super dense) but Sif is 6'2" and 425, so...
