Joker is tall and his leanness makes him seem even taller. According to the current stats he is 6' even but I hold to his height from the 70s/80s/early 90s which is 6'5" (taller than Batman). Many current artists still draw him as this tall. In fact, he's shown as being about this tall throughout the Morrison run. He is generally stated to be about 190 lbs but I imagine he probably weighs a bit more due to that height and the fact that he has cords of muscle visible due to strength and not early stages of emaciation.
