This is a Serious Poll (TM) question that's been asked several times before, but not at all recently, and since we've got so many characters, many of whose canons I have never seen, I am extremely curious about this! Mitch's is the hardest for me, because he has absolutely no basis for voice to even go on! I think his voice is probably a little higher than most men, but unless he's at the podium, or really really angry, he's soft spoken, even when launching out the F-Bombs.

As for "the voice" I think it probably sounds like it's been run through a few synthesizers. Classic Sci-Fi voice, really. Something that somehow develops a lot of bass (hence the hurting people's fillings and headaches) in the tone, making it sound almost alien and just plain weird, but still recognizable as English to the people around him.
