You know what we need? We need Fringe people. Waaaalter.

I say this just so I can be justified posting these bits of AWESOME from the alternate universe in "Fringe". Alternate universes are fun, right?  Other fandoms have AUs in the show/movie/book.  Do you have a favorite? I'd love to see it.

Also, I only recognize half the people in the Justice League one. Help!

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that it's, left to right:

Back row: Oberon, Mr. Miracle, Black Canary, Martian Manhunter
Middle row: Dr. Light, Blue Beetle II, Batman
Front row: Dr. Fate, Jonah Hex, Captain Marvel

Thank you! :)

Weirdly, Dr Fate I recognized. Thanks, Smallville!

I kind of want to see this version of the comic...

The only real change is Jonah Hex instead of Guy Gardner.

I like her masky goggle thing in the green lantern one.

It was actually a very interesting reimagining of the Green Lantern mythos.

And, uh, for clarification, Kingdom Come/The Kingdom is basically ~future DCU~ with first and second generation war that I didn't quite follow because I'm honestly really not a fan (at all) of Alex Ross. Zee's role is the parentage (along with John Constantine) of Zatara II, Zachary Zatara. He eventually crosses over into mainstream DCU but as Zee's cousin.

I give it ten years before they decide John's getting old and they don't know what to do with anything and give the SHOCKING REVELATION that he's really her son in mainstream continuity, too.

Man, I wouldn't be surprised if it's sooner. Last time I checked out that comic, it was all about his niece o_O

Godzilla's three canon eras are their own AUs, actually--and Millenium has like a half dozen of their own.

Gundam Wing has almost nothing to qualify. Except possibly Battlefield of Pacifists if you don't want to consider that a sequel proper...or maybe A Scythe in My Right Hand, You in My Left and the Ground Zero issues. I know a lot of people don't consider those part of it, and thanks to the creation of Blind Target, the Ground Zero set can't be. I can't say much about Tiel's Impulse as I've never managed to see what the hell it is. If you wanted to be kind, I could include some of the best fanfic AUs there are, although that'd actually take me until tomorrow to hunt back down.

Ace Attorney? Has no real AUs either. Except for Apollo Justice oh, burrrrrn~

Actually, you could considering AJ an AU created because of the simple existence of 1-5. So, we can blame Ema Skye.

There's a reason I never really included Ema into Held's universe.

I never knew 1-5 wasn't part of the original game until reading about that some months later; my perceived canonline for Edgeworth always included it.

Though by your logic, that means both AJAA AND MEAAI are AUs, since both have Ema in them.
