20 Game of Thrones (Season 1) for 20inspirations

The theme was "down the rabbit hole" (ie. weird icons) and it was so FUN. I just did whatever I felt like doing and it was very freeing! Overall I tried to just step out of my comfort zone and not be self-concious about what I was making. Let me know what you think! :D

01. Graphic. I used letters from here.
02. General Theme. This is one of weirder ones. I don't even know what to say about it. I like the colours in the coloured part, and I like the contrast in the greyscale part and yeah.
03. Word: "Acid". Also I probably used some of tinebrella's the paint textures 'cause I got a little obsessed with them.
04. Word: "Fade"
05. General Theme. I wanted to tell a story with this one - the one cap is Sansa smiling at Joffrey in the first episode, and the other cap is from the finale where she hates him; the birds are from ~the scene~ at the end of 1x09 which is the reason why she hates him (I feel like I'm talking in code, haha, but I'm just trying not to be spoilery in case people are looking at these who haven't watched the show yet :P).

07. Textures. idk I feel like for some people this much negative space might be out of the box, but it's a pretty typical icon for me :P

13. Word: "Separate". This started off waaay simpler (see #23 in the Alternates) and then I decided to completely change it. I really like how the muted colours turned out on Ned!

16. General Theme. Another unusual crop. I like how weirdly gritty her skin turned out (slight motion blur + sharpen)
17. General Theme + Textures. lol okay, the censor bar started out kind of as a joke? Because I love this cap but I feel weird posting nsfw icons. And then I decided I liked it and whatever, now it's in the post.
