I spent Friday and Today trying to put all the stuff back in that I lost in the music information. Blech.
Well, I spent Friday doing that - I spent most of today doing two things: seeing The Incredible Hulk and working on an image.
Hulk was good. Got a great Hulk SMASH scene (and line), and stuff. I see they're also leading us all into an Avengers movie, that's gonna be awesome.

Today I spent a great deal of time playing with Photoshop brushes and making fire look really cool. On a really big image.
I'm a gamer - Roleplaying Games are essentially my main hobby. Tabletop kind, rather, no computer RPGs since I do play one game online via chat - which has drawbacks and advantages. I was able, for my Sci-Fi game (Epic Space Opera type stuff) create images of all the gaming characters in the game. Which is really cool. It's easier to make sci-fi character portraits with my meager skills in Poser than super-heroes.
The GM for the Sci-Fi game expressed an interest in seeing my character rendered as Dark Phoenix - see everything comes back to comic books. So I set about thinking on this, got lots of pics of DarkPhoenix that others have done. I'm at a few disadvantages - first, my character can't set everything on fire with her brain, but that's irrelevant. Second, my character is not a busty red head. So I had to work with some iconic ideas - first is the emblem on Phoenix's costume, easily done. Then we just needed a whole lot of fire.

and that was my Saturday. Tomorrow I think I'll have even more fun stuff.
