BACK FROM AMERICA, plus a lot of bras, two wedding dresses, and swollen feet, as well as a renewed sense of optimism. ALSO REMEMBERING ONCE AGAIN HOW MUCH I LOVE AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIANS, ETC, which is not to say I'm not fond of more than a few Americans, but I feel about 8000% more at home here than I ever did in the States.
OKAY ALSO I know a lot of people hate Vodafone, and I mean it'd be nice to get service in the living room of my zone 1 metropolitan suburban home, but I will give them credit on being cheap, cos I pay $22 a month for a $180 plan with a bonus gig of data and a smartphone I paid $0 up front for. SO THAT'S SOMETHING, RIGHT?
