006. A pity.

Truly, people in this city seem much too prone to panic. The incident that occured with Dr. Crane, while perhaps a bit sudden to some, was no reason for people to suddenly break out into a commotion, I believe. After all, panic causes people to act irrationally and unruly at times, no?

[Private to Raito; Unhackable]

You wished for a list of days? I must admit that such creative endeavors are not my strength, but here are some ideas I have to offer:

•Many people seem to have been brough here after their deaths; to see them back in the state in which they were killed would most likely be a good reminder to the citizens of the possible consequences of disobeying His words.
•People tend to become rather arrogant on their identity as humanoid beings. Perhaps teaching them that they are nothing better than beasts in the end would be a good trial for their arrogance and pride.
•Language is a strong dependance for many of these citizens, no? To prevent them from communication, by muting some or by forcing them to speak in different tongues, may prove their true worth as individuals.
•There are those who are only as strong as their pasts make them; reveal to those their pasts and allow them to feel the fear they once felt again.

That is all I have to offer at the moment, I am afraid. Perhaps another idea shall strike my fancy at another time.
