i just discovered freshmeat, the shit that dj n lj use for pic hosting and *finally* figured out how to defeat lynx's tendency to wander around to historically viewed pages while i'm making an lj entry (gee, it was there at the bottom of the screen all along... the backspace key? how was this fucking unintuitive? *sigh*)
