"Trojan Magnum filled to capacity"

If you couldn’t tell by now the show was a phenomenal disaster.
No, this is a lie.
The show was fucking blast.
But before I get to that, I have a few issues to tackle.
I dreamt up a game last night. It’s a little game I like to call “Run through a house”. You go walking down any old neighborhood street and search for houses with open doors or garages. And then you run through the house.
The fun in this is, aside from the criminal aspect, is the sense of indirection. You run into a strangers house and have to find your way out hopefully without being spotted. Where’s the back door? You don’t know. Maybe they have a mean dog. Better hope not. Maybe Dad is in the front room cleaning his gun. YOU DON’T KNOW.
Run through the house.
So I’m glad I wasn’t there for the police brutality. I would have been guilty of the same kind of mouthing off.

So yeah, the comedy show I had been stressing out about was shockingly well received. It translated pretty well, I got a substantial amount of laughs and people were ok with me sitting down. Which, by the way, was my favorite part.
My nerves were pretty much racked though. It probably had something to do with the HUMAN CAGE surrounding me. I wasn’t entirely aware of it at the time, but I saw pictures today (Courtesy of www.brandonmitchell.org) and was blown away. I think this might light a fire under my ass to start writing a lot more cohesive bits.
I’m thinking maybe, just maybe, I might have to finally make my three films and debut them in a public format.
I’m back in the game, baby. And I feel like a million bucks.
I think the best part of the show, aside from the great performances by the Shepherds and Sunmarine, was when I was able to participate with the Shepherds for their last song. Again, you can see the pictures at Bmitchell.
I think that’s about it. There is no existing footage of the show. So if you missed it, you missed it.
But don’t be surprised if there’s another sometime soon.
