Meteors
Went out with David after midnight to look for any Meteor showers. I saw four little ones and one big beauty, streak across the sky. It wasn't a very clear night and the many bright street lights dotted around didn't help much but I was glad to have at least seen something happen anyway.
It would be nice to own an observatory somewhere and just lie back and study the stars. looking up at the sky took quite a strain on my old neck. I had a lovely time last night and yay! it looks like it's going to be a sunny day today. I feel good. I hope my Grandpa will be out of hospital soon, I'd like to go visit him again but I don't want to see the naked old man next to him *shudders* why do the nurses leave him in that condition? It's horrible. I've never liked hospitals as the smell reminds me of the time my mum was in a coma when I was in primary school, and that's one memory lane I do not want to venture down.
