Deal Almost Closed! YAY!
I am so jazzed to write that a deal that I've been working on for the last several months, and that was dogging me when I went to Florida, is just about to close. I just collected signatures from my clients, who are two of the nicest folks, and now we're waiting for the last signature to come in. A nice thing to happen on the last day of the week and the last day of the month, going into a weekend. I'm going to head home tonight (eventually) and have champagne with my sweetie! At 10:30 this morning I was in a conference call where I wanted to jump through the telephone and strangle one of the attorneys involved in the deal, but through perseverence and a ton of hard work, it's actually getting completed!
