If I had a license to kill I think the first people to go would be those who try to be courteous while driving and end up really being douche bags. Allow me to explain.
So today I'm driving along, havin' a good time, singing my show tunes. I pull up to a stop sign and stop (because that is what the sign says to do). There is a car coming. I don't have time to pull out before they get to me. I wait. They slow. They aren't using their signal, so I continue waiting, I have been fooled by the "I look like I'm turning, but really I'm not so you're gonna go and almost cause a wreck when I come close to driving straight into you as you pull out and I continue going straight" trick before. They turn. "Nice signal." But wait there's more. That person is not the afore mentioned Douche Bag. The person behind him is. That's right, the person who has been forced to slow down because the guy in front of him did, so they figure they'll be nice and wave you by while they stop without actually having a stop sign. Yeah, that person. So this guy pulls that little number on me. I look at him again to see if he is actually doing what I think he's doing. Yep, his hand is waving over his steering wheel, telling me to go ahead. I shrug and decide to go because if I refuse and wave him through we may end up having a waving battle, as we all know those are never fun (unless, possibly, if there are cookies involved, but those would have to be some damn good cookies). I prepare to go, but am on a hill and Zondra is a stick so this is not as easy as he thinks. I pull up the E-brake, put my foot on the clutch, pop it in first, let off the E-brake, and start to go. (Mind you, this takes all of .5 seconds). Well apparently I took too long because as I start to accelerate the D.B. seems to forget that he was an idiot and waved me through not 3 seconds ago. He starts to accelerate. I slam on the breaks. He flicks me off. I grunt frustratedly. He speeds off and we both go our separate ways.
In conclusion, these people who think that they are being nice and are actually causing delays on the road and frustrated Kayla's in the world, should either stop doing this, or die.
Mostly die.
