I have successfully completed the 2nd step to brewing beer.
The bucket has been emptied into a carboy (sp?). At least that is how you say it. Er....that
is the way I say it so piss off. In a week or less the hard part which is bottling.
Only problem right now is that the beer is very hoppy and smells a bit like Sam Adams.
I hate Sam Adams. I will drink it if that is the only beer around but it always leaves a taste
like celery in my mouth.
