I can listen to all the intellectuals' explanations and deep sociologicalhistoriographicalontological understandings, but when it comes right down to it, violence just surpasses my ability to understand human beings. I don't GET it. It makes no SENSE. And people ask me questions of politics and sides and don't understand that I'm sitting by the way, confused by the smoke and the mayhem, screaming stop stop stopstopstop . . .
