For dinner we popped over to new Greek mezze-style restaurant Cava in the nearby Traville Gateway shopping center. I believe I can say with a fair amount of certainty that this place will be appearing in the conterpoint2007 restaurant guide (*grin*). We had taramosalata (pita with a salmon roe puree), tiropita (cheese pie), lamb kapama, and scallops with saffron risotto. Topped with baklava for dessert. Yum!
