some of the bad... a little of the good...
today i found out that people sleep while i work. correction: people who should be working at my place of employment from 8am until 5pm on fridays take the morning to sleep rather than doing so. this makes me more mad than i thought it would. i hate slackers. hate them.
another bit of confusion: one of the teachers in the school has made the kids read the "diary of anne frank" that was edited by her father and includes the parts where ann and her best girl friend share kisses in the attic. i have no problem with this. i have a problem with the fact that the kids, being religious and very homophobic, were informed by their teacher that some tutors are gay. this would not be bad, except it's none of their business and they have been asking all tutors who is gay and who is not. it's like a freaking witch hunt.
i have several choices this weekend. i choose booze!
