Crossover meme

By way of erinm_4600 with an assist from bizarra...

Give me two characters from different fandoms you know I'm familiar with, and I'll give you a dialogue happening between the two of them. Without justifying how the crossover would work, how their worlds clashed, or how they could even meet each other. Just a silly crossover conversation with no backstory, for ( Read more... )

Sooooo, it has been a long time since you gave me this prompt...but after recently watching parts of The Bourne Legacy on cable over and over for two weeks, I was finally inspired! I hope you like it.

Bobby Goren slid his large frame into the booth at the diner and rested his hands on the table to show he wasn’t a threat. “Aaron, my name is Bobby.”

“How do you know my name, and who are you?” Aaron swiveled his head to watch Marta enter the ladies’ room. “If anything happens to her….”

“It won’t. My partner is keeping an eye on Dr. Shearing.”

“Who the hell are you?” Aaron’s voice was low and his stare was deadly.

“Former NYPD detectives. Now we work with Pam Landy.”

All of Aaron’s conditioning couldn’t stop the slight reaction he had at Landy’s name. “Are you here to kill me? Because I promise you, it won’t end well for you.”

Bobby shook his head. “Aaron, we are here to help. I’m going to reach into my pocket now.” He slowly withdrew a fat manila envelope from his overcoat and slid it across the table.

“What’s this?”

“New passports and currency. All clean.”

Aaron leaned back and studied Goren’s face. “Why.”

It wasn’t a question, but Bobby answered it anyway. “I know Pam from my days in Army CID. Let’s just say I know what it’s like to have the brass gunning for you.”

“How do I know I can trust you?”

“You don’t. But Aaron…they used me. In the Army I was a…consultant on Treadstone. I didn’t know the scope of the program, but still. I…owe a debt. To those men in Treadstone and all of you who came after.”

Aaron leaned back against the booth but never took his eyes off Bobby’s face. Then he nodded and thumbed through the manila envelope before slipping it into his own jacket pocket.

Bobby slid out of the booth as Dr. Shearing and Eames left the ladies’ room. Walking away Bobby heard Aaron’s whispered thank you, but he never looked back.

YAY! Thank you. I needed a little pick me up this morning!

I can see this happening. I love how in character they both are. Short and awesome.

Thanks!
