This link is posted for my own memory really, but I think people should read it, the human face of a brilliant Nobel-prize winning scientist involved in 2 major projects - the Manhattan Project and QED (the predecessor to QCD which I actually work on in my own small way). He also gave his name to Feynmann diagrams.
Yet another of those brilliant people who no-one's heard of, whereas everyone knows that king of dickheads Beckham.
