(no subject)
so i have 4 weeks left of school, and 2 left of class and then im done with my first year of college...scary. anyway, ive been bouncing around a lot because of the good weather so ive been really optimistic and productive (and sometimes not). i have a shitload of work for hte rest of the semester, but i seem to be getting it all down somehow. i really hope i can get above a 3.8 GPA this semester. my drawings are really looking good and i like it a lot. design is going well, and so are my other classes. i signed up for online summer class through new paltz, and im taking women: images and realities, great books:western, and african politics. oddly i thikn its going to be a lot of reading and writing, but at least i dont have to sit through class and when im bored or whatever, i have shit to read and i like to write so its all good. after taking studio art classes, academic classes are a piece of cake. by the end of next fall, ill also have 42 credits which is weird because ill be around a junior halfway through sophomore year lol. next fall im taking art of the western world I, early 20th century art to 1940, basic sculpture, and basic photography. im excited to really begin my basic art classes. its scary and exciting, but i think im really ready for it.i just have to pick a 5th class, either an honors seminar or astronomy. and...i cant wait to go to europe next spring! its going to be amazing. i honestly cant wait. im starting to get into the idea of going to prague, but of course im leaving all the other options open.
