Just to show I am still alive....
My life update from last post until now in 300 words or less...
I graduate college in May with a BA in English degree, I moved into and restored an 1857 house in Jacksonville's Historic District, I had a mild heart attack (yes, you read right...) in September and had my tonsils out in December (both hurt more than words can describe), I am still single (though there's one person that ventures in and out here), I still derive great pleasure in people watching, I have developed a definite love for country music, I've found myself to be obsessive compulsive, I want to move to Washington DC someday though not directly after graduation, I'm a gay Libertarian, I still bleed orange and blue for the Florida Gators, I have come to firmly believe the word to be the most powerful tool man has at his disposal, I am prouder by the day to know I am from the great state of Florida, I recommend that you listen to "Rhapsody in Blue" by George Gershwin , I have developed into a more cynical person when it comes to people in the world, I think I'd be happy on a desert island with an endless supply of books, wine and cheese, I hold a disgusting love for fried foods against my doctor's orders, I don't wear flip flops as much as I used to, I love to randomly drive someplace for no reason, I interned at Log Cabin Republicans in DC in December, I am still the red-headed bastard stepchild of my family, I love my college and will be a proud alumnus as much as I bitch, I have solidified those truly close to me and pushed those who are not good for me away for reasons they know and for once I am content with it, and I am me.
