I'm sorry. That really sucks. It sounds like you have a lawyer friend. As crazy as this sounds, what about asking him if emancipation would work?

She doesn't practice that type of law and I can't afford emancipation haha. It's $85- just to get a judge assigned, which could take weeks, and lawyer fees, court fees, etc etc...

Somehow I am going to land on my feet. Don't know how, but I will.
