mac and cheese
So I got inspired today to make the boys home made mac and cheese. Now it isn't an elaborate process, but it is much more work then fixing a box of kraft. AFter I cooked it I excitedly I called the boys in from playing outside, they washed their hands and I placed my wonderful creation in front of them. Cai eagerly put a noodle in his mouth and pulled it back out and examined it apprehensively "Mom, what's in this mac and cheese" he asked about the same time Eli began to choke on the spoonful he was trying to spit out. After much coughing he looked at me and angrily said "Don't like that mac and cheese. DON'T LIKE THAT MAC AND CHEESE!" So now they are outside playing again as I whip up a box of kraft. Oh well, I tried.
