Today Craig and I went to inspect the apartment as we settle on Tuesday the 11th of July. I took my camera and was so excited to go. The carpets were just laid and the place had not been cleaned but we still went to inspect it.
It was wonderful to walk in and know this place is ours. There was so much light in it and the balcony is a real sun trap. Good BBQ parties on it.
Our estate agent picked up one major issue, the ensuite shower had no drainage. It had been tiled over. Craig and I never noticed it so glad he was on the ball.
He was going to speak to the builders ASAP to get it fixed before we move in.
Feels like Christmas.
